　　進料檢驗：按照標準對進廠生產原材料進行驗收檢驗，不讓不合格原材料進入物料倉庫。

　　工序檢驗：按照工藝、操作參數，使用查核表對生產進行巡回檢驗，不讓不合格品流入下一道工序。

　　線上檢驗：按照標準，對生產過程中成品、半成品進行定點檢驗，及時采取矯正措施，糾正不合格品的生產。

　　成品檢驗：按照產品標準，對生產成品進行入庫前檢驗，不讓不合格品進入成品倉庫。

　　品質工程：制訂品質計劃、制訂檢驗規范、設計檢驗量具、過程解析、改善試驗、處理品質。

　　Incoming inspection:Acceptance inspection of incoming raw materials in accordance with the standard,and notallowing unqualified raw materials to enter the material warehouse.

　　Process inspection:According to the process and operating parameters,the inspection is carried out by usingthechecklist to prevent the unqualified products from flowing into the next process.
